Welcome to Glamina ApS. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and all purchases made through Glamina, whether online or via other approved sales channels. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

Glamina is a Denmark-based fine jewellery house specializing in natural diamonds, fancy-colored diamonds, rough and lab-grown diamonds, as well as ready-made jewellery collections, serving both private and professional clients globally.


2. Products & Services

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or updated at any time without prior notice.

Due to the nature of gemstones, variations in size, color, or clarity may occur.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at our discretion.


3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order with Glamina, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete billing and shipping details.

Use one of our approved and secure payment methods.

Understand that all orders are subject to review and acceptance by Glamina. We may cancel or refuse orders for reasons including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Minimum Order Value: 1,000 DKK applies to all purchases.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Times

Most in-stock items are processed within 3–5 business days.

For rush or custom requests, please contact us directly.

Destinations & Costs

We ship within Denmark and to select international destinations including the EU, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout.

Free shipping in Denmark on orders above 1,000 DKK.

Tracking & Insurance

All shipments are tracked and insured.

For purchases above 10,000 DKK, we recommend contacting Glamina for additional insurance options.

Customs Duties

EU businesses (excluding Denmark): Purchases are VAT-exempt with valid VAT number.

Non-EU countries: VAT is applicable. Import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Glamina is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

Customs clearance

Extreme weather

Carrier-related issues

Other unforeseen events

Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your tracking number if you suspect a delay or delivery issue.


5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery. Please review our policies:

Returns

Return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless agreed otherwise.

Advance notice is required for all returns.

Use a trackable courier and retain proof of postage.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made items (e.g., special carat weight, cut, or length)

Made-to-order or personalized jewellery

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for eligible items.

Items sent on selection basis must be returned within 14 days.

All selection-based exchanges must be pre-approved by Glamina.

Refunds

Refunds are issued based on item condition.

Used, worn, or damaged returns may receive a partial refund based on loss in resale value.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days post-inspection.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

Request documentation of damage from the courier upon delivery.

If discovered later, contact Glamina and the courier immediately.

You may refuse visibly damaged parcels for automatic return.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of Glamina ApS and protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or reused without written consent from Glamina.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Glamina is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity

Inability to use the website or services

Delays or disruptions in shipping or service

Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.


8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark.
Any legal disputes arising from your interaction with Glamina shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
