📦 Processing Times
In-Stock Items: Most standard items ship within 3–5 business days from confirmation of payment.
Rush Orders: For urgent delivery needs, please contact us directly before placing your order.
Custom or Made-to-Order Jewellery: These may require 3–4 weeks or more, depending on design complexity. You will receive an estimated dispatch date upon order confirmation.

We ship worldwide from Denmark using trusted global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services. All shipments include tracking.

💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
Free shipping within Denmark is offered on orders over 1,000 DKK.
📦 Tracking & Insurance
All orders are shipped with full tracking.
Standard insurance is included with all shipments.
For orders above 10,000 DKK, we recommend contacting Glamina for additional insurance options to ensure full coverage.
🌐 Customs Duties & VAT
EU Business Clients (outside Denmark): VAT-exempt with valid EU VAT number.
Non-EU Countries: Local duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected upon delivery.
Glamina is not liable for any customs-related charges or delays.
⏳ Delays & Delivery Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to:

Adverse weather conditions
Courier service disruptions
Other unforeseen events
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
