🔁 Returns

Return Eligibility:
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the invoice date.

Return Conditions:
Returned items must meet the following criteria:

Unused and unworn

Free of damage or alteration

In original packaging and condition

Accompanied by original documentation (e.g. certificates, receipts)

Return Process:

Notify Glamina in advance of your return by contacting us at info@glaminadenmark.com.

All returns must be approved prior to dispatch.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable courier service and retaining proof of shipment.

Inspection and Approval:
All returned items are subject to quality inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and not eligible for return:

Custom-made jewellery (including unique cuts, settings, or materials)

Personalised or engraved items

Made-to-order pieces (including bespoke and selection-based orders)


🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Jewellery sent on a selection basis must be returned within 14 days. Selections must be pre-approved by Glamina and agreed in writing.

💰 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has passed inspection.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Items returned used, damaged, or altered may be subject to a partial refund or refusal, depending on loss of resale value.


📦 Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives visibly damaged or defective:

  1. At Delivery:

Ask the courier to document the damage before signing.

If damage is severe, you may refuse the shipment; it will be returned to Glamina automatically.

  1. Post-Delivery Discovery:

Report the issue to Glamina and the courier immediately.

Include photos and a description of the damage.

We will offer repair, replacement, or refund options based on the situation.


📝 Additional Terms

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

Items returned without prior notification or approval may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable, unless due to our error.
